Johnno started drinking since he was 14 years old and started enjoying it several years later. Brewing beer itself however never came to mind.

When he somewhere in 2015 by accident enjoyed hist first Imperial Pale Ale, he was intrigued immediately. After trying several different types from many different regions and country he became more and more enthousiastic (and slightly drunk on occasion).

Years later, after he came in to contact with the mystic brew guru of Eindhoven by sheer luck and karma, he began to realize that crafting your own brew perhaps was in reach. A little while after that, Johnno's Alehouse was born and with that several brewing catastrophies followed. Unfortunately this is still the state the brewery is in. It seems some level of talent is required in order to brew a quality beer. Nevertheless, he keeps on trying...
