American Pale Ale

A first and miserably failed attempt at an IPA. Carbonization was fine, but without much flavor and way too watery. As a result of this we decided to classify this brew as 'proof of concept. That way we can keep our heads held high (sort of).

Rat Poison

Imperial IPA

Much better already although not intended to have this punch. Our new burner turned out to be more powerful than expected and we boiled away too much water with an ABV of more than 9. Nice by itself but the type of yeast in this recipe didn't have enough oomph to carbonize. This resulted in a foamless, flat brew. Better luck next time...

West Coast IPA

You probably won't survive this one. This highly radioactive brew sparkles with tropical, citrussy flavor. It's made with the finest American hops like Mosaic, Citra, Centennial and Columbus. Just let it chill, kick back, enjoy and wait for radiation poisoning to set in...

Nightshade

Imperial Stout

Pitch black like used motor oil. Tastes it a bit like it too. Also has some coffee and liquorice flavor. We used way too much roasted barley so you should probably avoid this one...
